spring85sigma Time to regroup. Take a day or two to put a workout plan on paper. Make it doable, but not overwhelming. Create a chart or graphic of some sort to track what you do. Hang it where you can see it. Make time to do it and mark off each completed workout. It works. That is how I get through even the tough days. I cannot stand not checking off a completed workout. datboiastar Yes it does. I know people say you can lose weight by lifting but for some reason when I lift weights, dieting is the last thing I think about. I want to get buff. That's y I stopped lifting. I sorely miss it but I prob wouldn't have lost the weight had I kept on lifting. Aug 26, 2012 2:47am
