I don't know. I've cut down to 195-ish and leaned up. Want to put back on some more size but maintain the leanness, we'll see. Just ordered some PlasmaJet
So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice
