Whats up bro! I understand wholeheartedly about the school/papers/hw. I always have prioritized the gym but I know I need to work on changing that around. Do you know how long you have left at state?

Sup buddy! Things are going well, just going to school and lifting of course. Sometimes I lift at Golds by my house where I got a great deal, but lately I've been going to the school gym more. How's everything with you? Still at state?

Sounds good man. Everythings going pretty well on this end. I'm trying to add some weight right now. Workouts are going awesome! Good luck this season, the added muscle will help in basketball too.

Thanks man, no secret here. Just pushing myself to lift heavier with good form. The other half of the battle is eating enough protein and calories!, especially being an ectomorph! Nice progress so far, keep workin, later man.

Thanks a lot bro. Others on here have given you good advice, I see. Lift hard and run/sprint after. I ate really clean..low carb (only complex carbs) med fat (no fried junk), and high protein- 1.5 grams of protein everyday per pound of bodyweight. Good luck, with a bit of discipline and hard work the results will come.
