How I Started:
I was going through a difficult time in my life and I wanted to fight out of it. I was getting too skinny. I started going to the gym everyday and I became addicted.
Why I Love It:
It helps get rid of stress for at least the time you are there. It's for your improvement and nobody can take it from you. I enjoy being healthy and gaining strength while improving physically. I like pushing myself while staying dedicated and seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay healthy and there are always more goals to set and ways to improve.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 40 pounds from September 06 to November 07 by eating right and hitting the weights with authority.

Hi cutie. My son Nick is 18, 6 foot and 132 pounds. Now that is thin!!!! He is cut up...but that is only because he has hardly any fat...lol. He is super thin!! He is taking high calorie supplements to increase mass while working out.
