How I Started:
I was going through a difficult time in my life and I wanted to fight out of it. I was getting too skinny. I started going to the gym everyday and I became addicted.
Why I Love It:
It helps get rid of stress for at least the time you are there. It's for your improvement and nobody can take it from you. I enjoy being healthy and gaining strength while improving physically. I like pushing myself while staying dedicated and seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to stay healthy and there are always more goals to set and ways to improve.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 40 pounds from September 06 to November 07 by eating right and hitting the weights with authority.

I never made a race comment. I was going to sink to the level of attacking somebody's personal being but i decided not to. He, on the other hand, didn't stop himself from attacking my sexuality. Therefore, he's the one deserving of a neg, not me.

yup still here, but not able to lift as much. my schedule this semester is bull. i can pretty much only get in twice a week...maybe 3 if i'm lucky. I wanted to go today, but i ended up with too much homework
