Posted in Working Out : Jul 08, 2011 7:20pmJust got back from the gym, my energy level was down and i was not really feeling it today. I worked my chest and back today. I'll go through my routine.
Warmup- Carry two 45lb plates in hand a 1/4 mile (This was disapointing... I had to set down 3 times)
Bench-
Warmup 95lbs 15 times
175lbs 5 times
145lbs 8times
145lbs 8 times
Over all i was disappointed with bench.
Dumbell bench press -
60lbs 1 rep
50lbs 3 rep
