How I Started:
I've been working out off and on since high school primarily due to sports. I trained hard in college as I was playing football and learned a lot from our trainers. Since graduating college I fell off the boat, but have gotten back into it and I'm excited to get back into shape as I'm still active playing rugby and am training for the Army 10-miler as of mid July.
Why I Love It:
Because of the achievement not only of what you look like, but the progress you develop in the gym and how it affects everything else in your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes it's just looking in the mirror. Other times it's my friends who push me.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing extravagant like lifting a ridiculous amount of weight, but just keeping my body in fairly good shape over the years.
