My Motivation Program
I stay motivated by staying involved in the industry. I am always doing photo shoots, events, TV etc, so I always have to stay in shape. Modeling and fitness is my full time job so that keeps me motivated. My weight doesn't change very much throughout the year. When I'm on stage I'm about 3-4 lbs lighter than I am the rest of the year. I never really take a significant break from the gym or my healthy eating. My job kinda keeps me honest and my trainer keeps me motivated.
