Background

When I Started: Jan 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I have always been into lifting and used to go to the gym and be in sports but then I did quit for 2-3 years and didn't exercise that much during that time. I was only getting fatter and fatter and din't notice that and didn't want to believe it. after the Christmas time in 2010 i finale noticed it and got the kick in my ass that I needed, I started going to the gym right away with my friend to do something about this problem and the results started showing and then I got hooked.
