Looking in Magazines and saying I need to get my body in shape.

How I Stay Motivated:
I keep thinking prevention is better than being healed or cured. Eating healthy and training is a part of staying healthy. On the emotional side, learning to forgive yourself & others also brings healing and healthy relationships.

Get as lean as possible and well defined. 4.0 GPA Fall 09 and February 3, 2010.
Goal (Long):
I hired a trainer for the next few months 3x a week and will do cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes. Eating just baked fish, sweet potatoes and raw greens. Lots of oats and egg whites. Green tea and multivitamins. I am back and school and working on having a GPA of 4.0. 7% body fat by February 3rd 2010.
This morrning I had a great work out. I worked my whole body. Vaughn my trainer is simply a cool coach and i cannot wait to see the resultson February 3rd. Drinking black coffee without sugar and cream is not bad after all. I took yestarday off from work to relax a little and prepare mentally...
Hey whats going on? Right now, I finished my A.S. degree. I plan to get my Bachelor's, but for now, I'm starting to get focused on getting fit for basketball and cutting down the weight that the hectic semester added on. I also plan to get in shape for my vacation in Jamaica for the summer. Pics will follow soon. I'm also trying to get a steady home workout in order that gives me an alternative besides the gym.
Whats up man! not much over here! So your going through the low carb thing huh? How are you liking that? At first i drove me crazy! i was hungry all the time. But after a few weeks i got use to it.
Lol actually I've been working my legs the least of everything. I work them once a week while everyhting else is worked twice a week; I just have naturally big legs so I'm trying to get the upper body more proportionate.
Thanks Steven. I'm just trying to see how far I can get with this bulk. I was hoping to reach 200 lbs by the end of the first week of march, but it looks like I'll blow by that at this rate.
Well for me I try to eat as clean as I can. 5-6 small meals a day. High protein, low fat and moderate carbs. No fast food, fried food, sweets, soda. Not even juice cause I watch my sugar. And at least a gallon of water a day.
Far as the gym, 30 minutes of cardio minimum every time I hit the gym. I do an hour on my non lifting days though. I HAD been going 4 days a week and lost 36 pounds in about 3 months. Now? I'm going 5 days so we'll see.
I been doing pretty good with the meals so far. Small portions 5-6 times a day. Low fat high protein. Least a gallon of water a day. Just gotta stay with it y'know
it's going. it could be better. i just bought this supplement called jacked and hoping that it helps in my last microcycle. my dead is charging towards 705. i'm back into my squats, so i foresee at least 500 by feb, and my bench press is stead, 500 still looks feasible by feb. How's things with u?
