To gain 15-20 pounds of muscles and maintain it within the next 10 months. Strong well balance body and continue to encourage others to live life purposefully. I speak a little Spanish and hope to become fluent. I am a Born Again Christian who believes preventing sickness is better than healing. Many times people bring upon illness by bad choices. A well defined body with awesome looking legs. Well defined! What good is it to have a strong upper body with chicken legs?
After being out the gym for a week due to testing procedures to rule out cancer. (by the way I am cancer free) I worked out last Friday. I was surprised that I lost my gusto. I hope to be back in full swing this week. Tonight I have back, biceps and abds. I live in Brooklyn and travel...
There you go! I felt so much more energetic when I got done with my first cleanse. Definitely, something necessary with all the toxins in our environment today.
Ok great, I forgot you were doing that. I'm not taking anything. I used to take this Nasel Spray that I gotten once from the doctor. I just remember hearing him say how expensive it was to take. I gotten it for $10 from the hospital for first timers.

I ended up weighing in at 184lbs which is not what I wanted so I was a light heavy weight. There were about 20 light heavys and I didn't make top 6. The event was a blast none the less and I met a few cool ppl.
You're on the right track. Squats are rough for everyone, but once you get the form it just gets heavy. I'm still scared to add more weight to my squat because I almost snapped my back once.
Whats up man, the workout is coming along man. I'm in the final stretch now. Mostly was lifting heavy all year. Now I am focusing on moderate weight w/ more reps. How's it coming along for you bro?
