Fit Status:
Well, I started last night doing interval cardio for 30 minutes. It is time to shed some body fat. i am committed to the process of change!
Looking in Magazines and saying I need to get my body in shape.
Why I Love It:
You get what you put in. I love the fact that if your dedicated and teachable you can change. Nothing Just Happens!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep thinking prevention is better than being healed or cured. Eating healthy and training is a part of staying healthy. On the emotional side, learning to forgive yourself & others also brings healing and healthy relationships.
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 18% body fat a few year back.

Hey man I'm good doing 12 credits this semester real busy but no complaints. Congrats about school that's great man! My workouts are mainly in the morning and my classes are all at night the only struggle is getting sleep LOL.....it doesn't happen LOL. But I'm juggling so far so good.
Congrats bro! I'm doing okay. Slowly recovering from a lil back injury. I'm back in the gym, but taking it really easy on the lower back. I have to be more careful....lol.

Wow! Thats alot of studying bro! But hey if he needs to be done you gotta do it. Im on that slowly and steady route...one class a term LMAO..sounds strange, but I just cant sacrifice my gym time! Stick to your diet man, the results will come..looks lie your chest is already getting defined.
