I'm good. Praise GOD. I'm finished with the contest. INBFNYS 10/24/09 show was a rip off. A lot of bureaucracy. And brown nose stuff. I'm so vexed that next years contest I'm going to be 2X as large as I am this year

Hey. I was surffing and seen your pic's. 1.Too tighten up your mid-section. Try hanging leg raises. kicking your legs up as far as possible & machine crunches. 2. Hit the StairMaster for 45 - 60 minutes. 3 - 4 times a week. Cheers to success.

Yeah. go to my website and look under free training routines. go down to full body blast. and do regimen 1 or 2. omitting any exercise that requires a machine. none of them do. I didn't see any pics of you other than what your profile pic. How to loose weight is your question. 1. How much cardio do you do. 2. How active are you daily. Start walking up hill on the treadmill on a 5 incline and a 2.0 speed for 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. Stop eating meat and start eating more veggies and fish.
