Yep Yep, I run a bunch Indy, I run about 35-40 miles a week right now. Want to bump it up a lil..I slacked a lil this week on my eating so I am not quite as lean as normal..although I am not too far off, most of the change I am seeing is water retention from the carbs that shocked my system. O.O ~Missy
