Wanted to gain some weight and size after years of being a lightweight highschool wrestler. After training hooked up in the gym with a good friend of mine that competed and his intensity just made me want to grow into a freak.
Why I Love It:
The reason I love bodybuilding is simple like Arnold said "THE PUMP" nothing feels better then leaving the gym swoll and feelin like you are changing your body beyond what you thought possible.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by results and seeing my body get bigger and feeling myself get stronger. Other motivation are Dorian Yates: Blood and Guts. And I love the discipline.

As of October 25th 2008 NATIONALLY QUALIFIED!!!

Yeah its going really well.. 16% right now and holding still growing and feelign great just start to add some cardio back in this week and will see how that goes as I got a few more months of bulking to go
Hey buddy - it was good I took 4th in the Lights - am happy with it - being my 2nd show and all the guys in my class looked amazing.. was a good challenge for me !
