Background
Wanted to gain some weight and size after years of being a lightweight highschool wrestler. After training hooked up in the gym with a good friend of mine that competed and his intensity just made me want to grow into a freak.
The reason I love bodybuilding is simple like Arnold said "THE PUMP" nothing feels better then leaving the gym swoll and feelin like you are changing your body beyond what you thought possible.

Mon: Chest
Tues: Back

Everyother Sat: Full body strongman style in gym training exercises to chose from at www.ontariostrongman.com
Chest- Mainly basic movements flat, incline, decline, and dumbell flyes. I like to alternate between dumbells and barbells and the other of presses.
Back- Lots of rows and I try to make them as heavy as I can oldschool v-grip barbell rows from the floor. Dumbells, barbells, cables (various angles), pulldowns front and behing and of course deads dumbells and barbells.
Shoulders- Presses dumbells/barbells, upright rows, lateral raises, front raises, rear delt flyes and last but certainly not least heavy shrugs.
Legs- Where do I start leg presses, hacks, front squats, powersquats, extentions, lungs, hamstring curls, calf raises (seated and standing).
Arms- Incline curls, barbell, standing alternate, hammers s/s with overhand grip ez-bar curls. Then for tri's rope pushdowns, skull crushers, overhead tricep dumbell extentions, dips, and kick backs.
For my saturday workouts I just go to www.ontariostrongman.com and pick different exercises off the list and create a different workout each time.
Leaving this info doesnt mean I always stick to these exercises its just some common ones I use. But I highly recommend changing your routine weekly just switch up a exercise, the reps, or even the rotation of an exercise in your routine.

Last Carb day until october 7th
Posted in Other : Sep 15, 2011 8:04pmIm sitting here after filling up on carbs for the last time until october 7th. I run a keto diet when I prep for shows and to get in shape but there comes a time when carbs have to be eliminated to reach that sharp crisp dense look for the stage. I am not hear to whine and complain just to share my process and let other keto dieters know that there are more people out there that know what they go through haha. I will be updating photos over the new few weeks and posting video to show my progression once the carbs leave my prep.
