I'm just amazed that with hard work and determination, a body can go through such a drastic change and look so good.

I Was Doing Incline Bench Presses When I Went Too Low And Injured My Shoulder.
I Don't Think I Fully Recovered For A Full Month.

As of February 2nd, 2007, my lifts are as follows:
Squat: 3x5 (125 lbs)
Bench Press: 3x5 (110 lbs)
Deadlift: 2x5 (195 lbs)
Overhead Press: 3x5 (85 lbs)
Pendlay Row: 3x5 (85 lbs)
I think I'll continue this program until March, and then decide if I want to scrap this routine...
