I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I have been lifting since 5 years but got serious only since last year. I try to take least supplements possible. My goal is to hit 8% body fat and become ripped with excellent muscle quality.
I am very impressed with all the profiles I ran into here. Hoping I can hit my target with help from everyone here.

Thanks! I've never heard of a vegetarian weightlifter. The typical image is muscle-bound lifters tearing into complete chickens (grilled though) and washing it down with a power shake. I'm actually intrigued by that. I figured my nutritional habits have not worked for me so far, so why not try something that will?
