Background

When I Started: Apr 2004
HOW I STARTED:

I've been working out off and on for about eight years but never really committed to it. At one point I gained fifteen pounds of muscle but wasnt disciplined enough to follow a nutrition plan to get the ideal body.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like the energy I have when I am following a workout plan. I like the fact that I dont get tired after playing with my kids.

Transformation Challenge

Im thinking about entering the contest. I really dont know yet because I know as soon as school starts Im going to be CRAZY busy. That plus kids and work Ill be stretched out. Oh and my church. I know that I wont let my training slip too far off but I dont want to enter the contest halfway. Any way decisions decisions....

Wow so today was a horrible day for my diet. It started out good but some where in the middle I just losted. It started with one of those holiday cookies and then a soda and then a king size twix and then.......Well I'll be back on it tomorrow. Training hard and eating right is the goal!!!

Discouraged!!!

I pull in about 20 hr days 5 days a week. This is a mixture of work, school, and kids ( I have 5 ranging from 8 to 3 months). I was looking at my progress pic and became discouraged. I know I should be further in my training than I am. I just dont have the time. I just get it in when I can. Good thing is that I do see a difference in my strength and I still pay attention to my diet so thats a plus. I have the urge to work out but no time....
