I have loved working out since 2000. Since I have become pregnant, I thought I would be able to keep going strong, but as I enter my 3rd trimester, I am realizing I couldn't have been more wrong! I am lucky if I can get in 3 days of walking, forget weights! My joints hurt too bad for it, plus, I don't want to put too much strain on my baby. I am so used to going all out in my workouts and it is so hard for me to be like this, but I just keep telling myself it is for a good cause. I can already tell I have lost alot of muscle mass, but hopefully, it will come back quick.
Why I Love It:
It gives me so much energy, and gives me a more positive outlook on life!
How I Stay Motivated:
A picture of me at my sisters wedding. If I am feeling in a rut, I just look at that, and I am motivated all over again :)
I recently joined a new gym, unfortunatly they only have weight machines, and dumbells. I am used to doing everything with freeweights! So far, I don't think they are really working for me. I just don't get that, oh so sweet, soreness the next couple days after a great workout. Although this...
I lift 3 days a week. The days vary, depending on my work schedule. I do cardio 5 days a week. Three to four of those days is HIIT, anywhere from 30 min to 60 min.
when you do it wrong the results are temp... when you do it right the results are for life .. you are obviously doing to right now .. you look amazing.
