How I Started:
I wanted a healthier lifestyle, and a better looking physique. I changed my diet around, and I hit the gym at least 3 days a week.
Why I Love It:
In my opinion, there isn't a better confidence booster out there than seeing yourself fill out and achieving your health related goals. Its truly a great feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I push myself because I know that I want to live as long as possible so I can enjoy life to it's fullest.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm now able to bench more than my bodyweight and I can squat 1.5x it as well.

Goal (Long):
I want to put on 20 lbs. of muscle and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The discipline and dedication it takes to be loyal to a diet and workout routine are universal tools.
Today I had a good workout session and I went in feeling motivated. I got in around 11am and stayed for an hour, and I just did back, biceps, and abs. This is what my workout looked like:
