My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

I've been working on this routine for two months now with my lifting partner, tony. It specializes in boosting all over power, and so far it has been very effective. The routine is a 5x5 workout, which means 5 sets of 5 reps and only performing compound exercises. For example, we squat, bench, overhead press, deadlift, and row. We also do dips, chinups, and pullups. No isolation until later down the road.
