I was a computer game freak was fat and wasn't happy with myself, knew I had to make some changes in my life, gf dumping me made me relise that. so I started training and eating properly

Oh you did? WHat hapopened? You seemed to do good on that> I am doing stronglift 5x5 or Bill Star 5x5 on my next workout and keep at it till my strength goes up.
What do you mean? lol You look ****ing awesome! Me I started in November of 2008 and now still look ****ty. I got school so I blamed that. i can't get in the meals during class. But I am still experimenting. What are your routines like? You still doing the Abicrombie thing?
Thanks a lot. My meals stay pretty consistent. I eat oatmeal with almond milk / hemp milk with blueberries in the morning. 2 eggs on toast for lunch. lean chicken and/or turkey. Fruit in between there, and some salmon patty's at night. Also drink about 1/2 gallon to gallon of water per day. Somewhere in between that is what I'm drinking. I think I'm on the right track, just wondered if there were any tricks to going faster. You cut so much body fat in 6 months.
