I went to the gym cause I wanted to improve my fitness for my dancing, but then I fell in love with working out and now I'm working towards Personal Trainer Award!
Why I Love It:
It makes me look and feel stronger, it's empowering and addictive!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read a lot fitness magazines, and I look at pictures of my role models like Jamie Eason, Jennifer Nicole Lee and Alicia Marie
BB Accomplishments:
I've got a six pack, now I need to keep it up, and show other muscles
I was in much better shape before, but because of stress I stopped training, and was eating not healthy! I feel horrible and I decided to start my body transformation!
So this is me after 8 weeks, that is quite good results for that amount of time, right? Now I'm gonna put on some muscles, and that is gonna be my goal reached for this challenge!
Ava is amazing person, her body is sculpted but still very feminine. I admire her for her hard work on herself and helping others. She's one of the female figures that motivates me to never stop working on myself and use my full potential!

Well hello Ina lol been a min girlly! That's good to hear glad things are working out aiight for yah! I passed my CFT exam So im kinda excited I got that at the way now So its still warm there lol its cold here think its gonna snow here soon man sucks but im outta here Dec 5th sooooo ill manage.
