Typical small kid that got tired of being picked on. then one day on TSN the IFBB Arnold classic was on and I was then inspired to look like a super hero someday
Why I Love It:
because it is something you can do that is such a short time see progressive results , gives clairity , focus and better concentration and confidence
How I Stay Motivated:
eat, sleep, dream, watch, read, listen fitness and health. also surround myself with athletes that eat clean and have the same passion for the sport.

ITS TIME TO BRING ON THE SIZE !! MISSION 235LBS clean. I just want to be in the best shape of my life ! I think ever since I saw my first muscle mag I am actually going to go through with doing some shows , it has been on my "bucket list"
Goal (Long):
I have been working out ever since high school , but never got into it serously. I have always been just a little on the chubby side but not overly where I would not feel comfortable in my clothing. I have now changed my eating and my fitness regement to achieve the goal of always wanting to take to the stage in 09. ever since I was 11 and picked up my first musclemag magazine I have been fasinated by the sport/ Art. it is amazing how you can transform yourself into a totaly different person with a little dedication and determnation.

well today is december 16th been on this insane diet and packin on the meat as well as the muscle . I am filling out and cloths are getting tight on me so must be doing something. although I have not gained much weight but starting to see the BF go up some blaaaaaa .. anyways I am turning into...
