I hope things have slowed down for you so you can hit the gym again. Things aren't going well for me. I've been in the hospital for a week now. I walked into a dr.'s appt. collapsed and haven't been able to walk without help since. They are running all kinds of tests, I just got done with a spinal tap but so far they have no idea what's going on. So..... no gym for me and I'm really enjoying the rice krispy treats! :)
well I am silly by nature hehe! hmmm whether I'm strict or not is hard to define, I was eating 5-6 small meals a day before I knew a thing about nutrition it was just out of greed, I was exercising almost everyday too simply because I loved sports so I guess it's been easy for me to adapt to this lifestyle without seeing it as strict. Anyway don't be too down everyone lacks motivation sometimes you just have to keep at it, with time you'll learn to love it again!
No I don't compete and I actually don't know anyone that does, most of my friends go to the gym twice a year. I have had a few offers from sponsors wanting me to compete though so who knows what 2010 has planned for me. What about you?? Any plans?
Thank you! Yeah she was born last Mon. Labor was VERY easy. It only took 2 pushes and she was out so I'm already back on the treadmill as of 8 days later! :) Thanks, I've only been trying to compete for 2-3 years now but every time I got pregnant so I will make sure that doesn't happen again! HA!
Couldn't be better. I get induced late tonight so I will have my daughter sometime tomorrow!! I get my nutrition plan so I can start that on Mon. or Tues. whenever I get home from the hospital and then in a few weeks I will start my training plan so I can work towards the figure comp. in May! How are you?
Yeah I think they think I enjoy being deployed :/ Things are going well overall. I can't offer much advice to getting past a brick wall... I've never hit one yet, haven't been working out consistent enough to. I think that's in the process of changing tho.
