Worked out as I was younger and wanted to start bodybuilding to look better.
Why I Love It:
Feels good to be in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Recently got diagnosed with kidney disease and high blood pressure. Has put a big damper on my lifting because I was so used to taking supplements. Now I am staying natural and eating healthy and feeling better then ever. Just taking more time for those gains.
BB Accomplishments:
Still lifting after breaking bones and being told not to overdue it because of blood pressure.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I am in the military so we have to stay physically fit. It also helps me in my job as an aircraft mechanic. We have many heavy parts we change often.

Lowers blood pressure keeping kidneys functioning correctly.

My advice is to stay natural, eat small balanced meals every 3 hours get plenty of sleep and train smart with high intensity! Do not over train, one body part a week.
