Worked out as I was younger and wanted to start bodybuilding to look better.
Why I Love It:
Feels good to be in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Recently got diagnosed with kidney disease and high blood pressure. Has put a big damper on my lifting because I was so used to taking supplements. Now I am staying natural and eating healthy and feeling better then ever. Just taking more time for those gains.
BB Accomplishments:
Still lifting after breaking bones and being told not to overdue it because of blood pressure.

My advice is to stay natural, eat small balanced meals every 3 hours get plenty of sleep and train smart with high intensity! Do not over train, one body part a week.
