doobz0326 hey bro . I am a newbie to competeing. how do you define off seaon and on season? I am having serious time management issues with lifting . I have 250% desire but i just lost 6 weeks cuz life got nuts... How do you schedule your workouts? yet balance a normal life? any thoughts? Any tricks to waking up early in AM and getting enough energy to lift? I havbe mornings open but no energy ..so tired thahks for your help Oct 18, 2010 1:33pm

NextProtege Yeah as far as I know it will be you, me, Randall, Nick, and possibly Patrick? Probably be a total of more than last year. Crazy body weight, but 20 lbs doesn't sound too unrealistic for six weeks. The only way I will not be there is if I win the overall at the Washington Ironman the week prior. =) Sep 1, 2010 5:58pm

NextProtege Thanks man, I have tried to bring up the weaknesses I am glad it is noticeable. I will be doing the Washington Ironman Oct 2nd, and then the Seven Feathers the week after. I will be about 183-184 Lbs. So roughly 7 lbs since last year! Are you still unsure of your weigh in goal? Aug 29, 2010 6:22pm
