How I Started:
Watching my older cousins bulk up was motavating. I've always been into in physical fitness and athletics and was always facinated with the physique and disipline of pro bodybuilders. Also the desire to make myself more diciplined and look better.
Started lifting conservativetly in sep 04 and went pretty hardcore in summer 05'.
Stopped in oct 05' due to nervous breakdown. Finally picking up weights again 2 years later.
Why I Love It:
Great feeling you get from lifting in general. Making cosmetic progress is very pleasing also.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and changing supplement stack and workout plan. To me it's pretty addictive but, I am primarily an ectomorph and cannot gain weight easily no matter what I eat and very hard to gain with lifting so it's challenging to stay motivated. But all I have to do is think about it and the comments and critisim from others help greatly. I really appreciate it.
