Overall Goal:  To reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Looking at the fantastic shape some of you (most actually) are in, inspires me to try harder. Competitive athlete lapsed due to injury but getting the drive back.

Fit Status:  Cardio heaven to shred the fat and max rep to exhaust lifting to bring definition.

Spent yesterday working my back with some killer seated row and bent over bar bell row's. Deadlifting is my new favourite thing. Love the intensity of working a whole heap of muscles at once. Compound Heaven.
