My Workout Program
When I was in Taekwondo, I had cardio mostly to speed up my heart rate. Taekwondo is mostly concentrated on kicks, so my legs were never a problem. I plan on getting back serious in Martial Arts so I can become fit again. Right now, I'm actually in seidokaikan, which is a style of Karate. That means I'll have that extra push that I need. I think being active in any sport will do my body good. Plus, I'll be able to participate in full combat sparring and tournaments.
