How I Started:
i ran track in high school so i did a little here and there, but it was when i saw my friend Sharbel turned himself into adonis i really got into it.
Why I Love It:
The Confidence it gives you , Sense of Accomplishment, Looking Good ,Being healthy i could go on
How I Stay Motivated:
My Father died from a stroke after i learned all about what causes them i felt like crap knowing i could have helped him, if i had been there for him like he had always been for me. i almost cry thinking if i had helped him what could have been and how much i miss him. at my ugly gut, looking at picture of fit people and my desire for my own set of six pack abs haha.

All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. i want my body to complement the strength of my mind. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 185 pounds, with 8% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 315 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!"i would like to stand out
Wow been quite awhile. getting back to my commitments i'm gonna do this hardcore a new diet is underway. i lost alot of weight i think i can lean out somemore
