How I Started:
I used to be fat, and my brother and friends would joke with me about it, and i tried to make it seem like it didn't bother me, but it did... now lifting is a huge part of my life, pretty typical story, nothing special.
Why I Love It:
The transformation, the feel of the bars, the pump, the way it feels like im doing something the majority of the US has failed to do.
