How I Started:
As a young kid started at age of 6 playing sports and through High School days. As in junior high school my football coach told me if I want to be strong, and keep up with the bigger guys we have to start you on a workout program and it took off from their and here I am.
Why I Love It:
I always been active in sports and health. Their have been some years where I was not committed as you can see in my photos.I love to stay in shape and be healthy. I love the pump seeing the veins pop through the body, a great feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
My body progress and listen to other great bodybuilding stories.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting cut and lean. The hard work is paying off. My diet is my key ingredient and staying with the diet for life.

I'm doing ok. Trying to eat cleaner and shed some more weight. Gets hard sometimes because a lot of friends/family just eat whatever they want.

hey, well i only work my abs when im cutting but i know that ur abs just like anything else on your body and how it's made up is based on your genetics. but otherwise i never bother doing them
