I change my routine every 2 weeks and start a new program every 8-12 weeks. I do rest-pause, drop sets, statics, negs, on every set. 3-5 sets on small muscles, 6-8 on big muscles. 2-3 minute rest sets. I also play rugby. Practices Tues, Wed (Conditioning only), Thurs, and games on...
