timetomove well thats good at least you can see your hard work. Thats to bad you family doesn't want to hear it. Are they fit? well i started after i failed a vol. firefighter fitness test. Then seen the nurse mark obese on my chart. plus my jeans refused to button too. got my fat butt to the gym that day in Nov. 09 and left 100 lbs of "whale blubber" there. hows your diet?
