Shoulder injury to rotater cuff doing flat barbell benchpress. Injured for months - rest to recover - also used Glucosamine and Chondroitin - great stuff

Thanks! Not much is going on here. Just keeping up with my workouts and trying to stay warm. I was sitting outside for my son's soccer practice last night FREEZING in the 30-something degree weather. The coach asked a dad for the time, and he gave him the correct time. Another dad said, "You blew it. Why did you tell him the right time?" LMAO.

No, not every other day with the upper/ lower. I do weights 4 times a week and then cardio on the other days. So, it might look like upper, lower, cardio, upper, lower cardio etc...
I have been doing an upper body/lower body split for the past few months. I think I will keep it up this month, and then in November go back to a 5 day body part split. I workout 5-6 days a week. I really struggle to take a day off...but I listen to when my body needs one. :)
You must have done a great job if it rented that quickly! Yes, I had a godo workout. Tomorrow is LEGS. Those are always killer, but I feel good when I get them done. Are you doing weights and cardio?

I used to watch the Six Million Dollar Man all the time. And The Bionic Woman. I used to practice running really fast and I'd try to jump really high like she did. AND, I'd eavesdrop on people's conversations with my super hearing.
