Shoulder injury to rotater cuff doing flat barbell benchpress. Injured for months - rest to recover - also used Glucosamine and Chondroitin - great stuff

Hey Gangsta!! How have you been? Keeping busy? How's your training? SO... I just got re-measured after 6 weeks with the trainer. Lost 2% bf and one inch off the waist :) Gained an inch in my bicep, thigh, and shoulders ... woohoo!!! Where there is pain there is gain :):)
That's what I was thinking. I don't remember having so much time off when I was a kid. Sounds like you're kicking butt with your workouts. And it's a relief that you've got it fully rented. Good luck with it!!
You know, I just have a goal of January to be in killer shape. With that goal, I can be good thru the holidays! :D I just really don't take much pics...I actually took time off the site b/c I needed to download and order 2 yrs of pictures. I need to put my priorities in line these days. So, it isn't a matter of not wanting to take progress pics, my kids keep me BUSY!
Greece was great. It was nice to get away, but I am happy to be home. (most days...lol). Yep, I got some major butt kicking going on in the gym. I really want to be in top shape come January. You?

People love the cold up here. I was in my Columbia coat with the collar up to my ears and everyone else was in sweaters or fleece jackets. They're nuts in NH.
Thanks! Not much is going on here. Just keeping up with my workouts and trying to stay warm. I was sitting outside for my son's soccer practice last night FREEZING in the 30-something degree weather. The coach asked a dad for the time, and he gave him the correct time. Another dad said, "You blew it. Why did you tell him the right time?" LMAO.
