How I Started:
I started September 2009. Over being the little fella I guess. Its been so little time and the iron has me by the balls - completely hooked and already seeing results so Im pretty stoked haha. Just tryin to make as much solid progress as possible. Since ive started the cheat meals Ive eaten cant really be passed as cheat meals (still half healthy - just convenient) and I try to eat the same things every day so i dont have to count n I dont have to stress. Currently following a "hard-gainer' program atm to strengthen tendons/ligaments/fascia and then will progress to Rippetoe's starting strength. Focusing mainly on technique rather than how much I can lift atm - I'm confident I can hit my long term goal
Why I Love It:
I love EVERYTHING about it! cant explain the feeling but Im sure most of you understand.
How I Stay Motivated:
The irons' got me by the balls. its hard to think about anything else, I spend most of my spare time reading and learning as much as I can about nutritional biochemistry and tips, experiments and thoughts from the greats.

Goal (Long):
always loved to run which is why i guess im thin haha but never really done any weight training - let alone SERIOUS weight training, but im gonna give this a crack n see if i can achieve anything remotely close to achieving the goals i set... fingers crossed :) :) :) :)
