I feel you brother. The only thing keeping me going is that I've read that 80% of people quit right before they would have succeeded. I started my journey so I wouldn't be an obese death statistic, I'm sure as hell not going to stop now and become a failure statistic! Nothing worth having is ever easy to get, so this malaise you're feeling must mean that the goal will be worth that much more.

Hey you. Thanks for checking up on me. I've been in kind of a rut since trying to go back to the gym with no gym bag. Mine was stolen along with my MP3 player and workout log :(. I'm looking forward to Feb 1st when I get paid and can replace everything. I really want to put it behind me and get back to kicking down 100% again.

Hey there. I use the casein mostly for appetite control. I carry a serving in a shaker cup in my truck in case it doesn't look like I'm going to get a meal in. I've heard it was good as a "bed time" aid as well, but I'm rarely hungry before bed so I can't bring myself to take it.
