How I Started:
I started lifting when I came to college for a sport. After I tore my hamstring in 2005, I started learning more about body building. I came into college weighing 165 and now I am up to 210.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling it gives me and also I love the results you get from all the hard work. If you are not working out then you are missing out on unlimited health and confidence!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading MD magazine and bodyspace.
BB Accomplishments:
None for now but I plan on having some accomplishments when I feel that I am ready to win!
Day 1: Legs
1. Squat or Jump squat (alternate weekly)
2. Deadlift
3. Leg Curl
4. Calf Raises
Day 2: Chest/rear delts/tricepts
1. Flat bench (alternate DB and barbell)
2. Incline bench (Same as above)
3. Dips
4. Tri kick back
5. Bent rear delt raise
