Hey bud, sorry, I don't log on here much anymore. Bodybuilding? I've thought about it, even coached a couple guys for a show, but I tend to not get involved in things that I do not have the potential to excell in. I don't see myself as being one who can place well in a show. Thank you for the nice words though. You are looking great yourself.

sounds like things are going well, thats good! as for me, im still in the process of looking to open a gym in the area, or maybe go back to school to become a chiro. things are pretty hectic but at least productive. im in the turks and caico's next week, so things cant be TOO bad! haha
