How I Started:
When I graduated from high school, I began to work at Bally Total Fitness. I become fond of the gym and weight-training.
Why I Love It:
I love working-out for several reasons. It is a great way to reduce stress and avoid chronic diseases, like obesity. I am instanstly transformed to a new state of mind and love to get a hell of a sweat on!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am pretty self-motivated, but when I do need that extra push, I think about how tired I am of not being completely HAPPY WITH MY APPREARANCE. I consult a nutrionist by the name of, Michael who is constantly reminding me of my fitness goals and Jolene, my new trainer----->SHE ROCKS! Finally, OXYGEN magazine!

Unsure how much I was weighing here, but i look so bloated....everywhere!  Hired a new trainer late June 09' and also working with a nutritionist since April 09'. Lovin' the progress.....

Like many of you, I have always wanted a more toned body. I am a very active mom and want to continue to be that way for the rest of my life. I want to feel comfortable in anything that I wear and be a positive role model for my family, friends and anyone I meet.

haha ur cracking me up but its simple, make your food for the day the night before put it in containers and ur done, then ull eat it cause u took the time to make it! and you should be eating throughout the day so then you won't be hungry, and gum helps =0)
