Not much, went fishing Saturday no fish - but did manage to get a fairly decent sunburn.
Sup with you?

I think it's hibernation season. I've been going to bed early for over a week now, and I'm still having trouble waking up in the morning.

I came down with some kind of crud last week that forced me to take a week off from lifting and working.
Still achey, but feeling a whole lot like myself now.

The flu (or some kind of similar crud) hit our household last week, so I've been a way from the iron (and work) since last Wednesday. I'm back to work now, but not sure if I'm quite ready to return to the iron yet.
I'll see how I feel after completing a full work day.

He's quite the little guy, and already has a belly-laugh that'll just melt your heart.
I'm doing my best to spoil him.

That was short lived I'm afraid, weight and waist went back up a little; but I will get back to that goal and improve upon it!

He's a relatively happy, healthy baby. He still has some problems with one of his kidneys, but nothing the doctors are too concerned about - they feel that he will most likely outgrow it.
Thanks for asking.

I'm kind of in the same boat, tore up my knees and shoulder in HS and college sports. The invasive surgical procedures at the time would probably have caused as much damage as they repaired so no surgery was done. Now the toll on the knees is such that they still cannot be repaired even with the new surgical procedures they have today.
Car accident really messed up my mid-back in 2004, so I'm trying to contend with that as well.
But any progress is far better than no progress.

Congrats on turning your life around. The metamorphisis between your 'before' picture and your 'now' is phenomenal.
Good luck to both you and your wife.

It's beginning to sound like all the 'scares' we had during the pregnancy were nothing. Baby and mother are doing fine.
The did an ultrasound on Gabriel on Monday, they noticed some fluid surronding the kidneys but didn't seem all that concerned by it. They sent it to a specialist for review, still awaiting his determination.
thanks for the concern.

don't hold your breath waiting for those speedo pics!
Maybe if I ever get down to below 17%, but not until then - afterall who wants to see a beached whale in a speedo?
