Hey Tedd how's you're training going? Just browsing some of the more "mature" group out here to see how they are trainging and coming along. Have a great day!
Keep challenging yourself and you will get where you want to be. The real secret, if there actually is one, is in eating 5 or 6 clean, small, healthy meals a day, working out with weights 3-4 times a week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. I chose the Body for Life program for my much-needed body transformation and not only lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks but saw new muscle growth by following it. Give me a yell if I can be of assistance.
Glad to hear it. As a dad with Grandparents living locally, I must tell you what a blessing you are to your grandson and his parents. Take care. How is the lifting?
Sometimes a hardcore six week workout program can bring some really good results. So the next break , come all out, cardio, weights with all you got ,then you wont feel like your in a slump when your not able to make it to the gym :)
