How I Started:
I figured I was 23 and if I didn't start then, I'd never start. I wanted to be healthier all around, inside and out. Also my boyfriend is VERY into fitness (his degree is in it)so we both got memberships when he got back home from graduating.
Why I Love It:
Like most, I love the way I feel after a good work out. It also doesn't hurt to see your body getting more toned and defined. :-)
How I Stay Motivated:
Funny thing about this is that I stay motivated by watching those stupid infomercials in the mornings. It's so hard for me to wake up, that's about the only thing that keeps me pushing during cardio. Watching other people with great bodies. I also get motivated by watching someone in the gym next to running that I should physically be able to run further, faster, and harder than. :-) Or I put on MTV and watch the celebs whose body's I want to look like.
BB Accomplishments:
My stomach is looking better than ever, getting some definition there. I also enjoy my thighs being thinner.
Hey!! Hows everything going? Are you getting ready for your pagent? I was wondering if you are thinking about doing that figure show with me!? I think it would be a ton of fun especially if we did it together and kept eachother motivated!!
