Why are veins a simbol of power? I'm always curious to that, when you're in the gym, getting pumped up, you want to see veins! If they arn't there, you almost feel that you're not doing a good enough job?

hey, thanks! Yea, I stayin shape. I was never really lean, even at the show i wasn't as lean as i could have been. I'm what i consider "skinny fat." I cant get rid of my lower back fat. Any suggestions, clearly diet and cardio arent enough...

we promote an all natural INBF show in August in Arlington. We are trying to get the word out to people so they know we are here. We just secured our venue for the show. We did get the Arlington Performing Arts center. It seats 750 and has a beautiful hardwood stage. We are so Excited. Hope to see you there. www.unitedfitness.org
