Hey that's cool. MLRS is pretty sweet equipment. I'm a 21 series but I have a friend that's an FA officer. Haven't been over yet. My timeline falls somewhere around next year prolly. Take it easy and god bless your bro.

As far as exercises, I LOVE doing back exercises. Leg exercises are also great to gain weight because they are such big muscle groups! Arm exercises make your muscles look cool, but don't overtrain them. Would you rather be able to win in an arm-wrestling competition or throw someone around in a street fight? That's what back and leg muscles are great for. :-) Good luck.

As far as diet, I love to eat rice. They say to eat brown rice, but really any rice is what I eat. I make a large pot of it, and throw the leftovers in the fridge. When I heat it up in the microwave, I put a plate over the bowl so the moisture doesn't escape and dry out the rice.

Yeah I know what that's like. When you get to the gym and all of a sudden you're like "Uh I guess I can go for 3 sets instead of 4". But yesterday I was lucky enough to meet some guys doing leg press also (I usually don't socialize at the gym), and they motivated me to get the higher weight up on my 4th set instead of putzing around. Take it easy, and good luck today.
