I've found that I do not respond well to many sets with low reps. I like to do lots of reps (at least 10 on most upper body exercises). I try to do 12 reps on leg exercises.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1-2 minutes. I'm not fully recharged if I don't take at least a minute. Also, I'm in the habit of breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth when I'm resting.
