Post EVERYTHING - workouts, your diet, supps, how you feel, etc, etc... Be honest, keep consistant and those pounds WILL come off! Making a journal in the journal section of the forum is also a good idea to get some critique or congrats on what you're doing. Keep at it, mate! :D

Just a thought, but have you considered making a journal in the "Fat Loss" section? You'll get even more people popping in to give advice or cheer you on the way. :D

If you want that muscle definition, try using free weights and up the weight on a regular basis so you're actually increasing in strength too. Any reason why you don't use free weights yet? I can help you with that side of it if you need it. :D
