Not happy. Have been so busy with work and school I haven't been working out at all. Starting this weekend, I'm back on my supplements and my routine. Give me ONE MONTH. :D

Thats really good. having a partner helps anybody stay motivated. I dont have a partner. Everybody where i live makes fun of me cause of my diet and how much time I spend working out and reading all about bodybuilding and nutrition. Its all good though caue I look way better and oull a lot more girls than they ever thought about.

Man just be as dedicated to it as you can, dont miss a work out for anything, and always surround yourself with positive people and you will. Try watching insde the life of a natural pro. I watch Layne Norton, John Cena, and jay culter videos everyday before I go lift. It makes me just want to do my very best in the gym.
