Got winged scapula. Doctor said i needed to take it easy. After a month of no change started lifting, and after two weeks winged scapula went away.
Why I Love It:

Thats where i am at now. I injured myself and got a "winged scapula". I quit lifting. Im no better now than I was a month ago. Im not sure what to do.
Could you tell me if you have had any problems since staring training again, and if you modified your training somehow?
