Been a while since a posted on the bodyblog so i thought i would update it a bit.  I am still using Xceed, on my second container, and still works like a champ.  Very impressed with DS.  Work outs are going great, i am up about 2-3lbs since i started back up.  I did not get the gains i thought i was going to get.  Since i was off for so long i thought i would get "re-noob" gains in weight, this did not happen.  I did, however, get those gains in strength, which is a welcomed addition.  so far so good since the come back, no lingering effec...

routine is starting to kick into gear. i feel very focused in the gym. when i first got back i felt a little lost, not sure what weights to do, not sure what aux exercises to do. i have been keeping a log and that helps, but i am getting in a grove and i feel like i am hitting my stride. i get up at 5:15 to go and work out, and that first week of getting up early was awful. once you get past that first week it is eaiser to get up. I injured myself and got a "winged scapula". I quit lifting. Im no better now than I was a month ago. Im not sure what to do. Could you tell me if you have had any problems since staring training again, and if you modified your training somehow? Dec 5, 2006 8:18am
