Been a while since a posted on the bodyblog so i thought i would update it a bit. I am still using Xceed, on my second container, and still works like a champ. Very impressed with DS. Work outs are going great, i am up about 2-3lbs since i started back up. I did not get the gains i thought i was going to get. Since i was off for so long i thought i would get "re-noob" gains in weight, this did not happen. I did, however, get those gains in strength, which is a welcomed addition. so far so good since the come back, no lingering effec...

routine is starting to kick into gear. i feel very focused in the gym. when i first got back i felt a little lost, not sure what weights to do, not sure what aux exercises to do. i have been keeping a log and that helps, but i am getting in a grove and i feel like i am hitting my stride. i get up at 5:15 to go and work out, and that first week of getting up early was awful. once you get past that first week it is eaiser to get up. Xceed continues to amaze me. Muscle fullness is still great, pumps are still decent, not great, but they have not fallen off. i feel that i have made a smart purchas...

first rest day was just what i needed. i did legs the day before my rest day and i was glad i spaced it out this way. i was so sore, i really thought about missing work, which i never do. espically the muscles around my bad knee. i know you have to push through the soreness to achieve good results, but that was pretty bad. non the less i went right back at it the day after my rest day. legs still a bit sore, but nothing like it was the day before. i really concentrated on my diet the rest day, making sure i got an extra boost of cals, carbs, and protei...
