When I Started:
Mar, 2000
How I Started:
I was a chunky little kid, picked up running and dropped all the fat off. Then I spent a couple years rail thin before I realized that wasn't right for me either. So I started lifting, and loved it.
Why I Love It:
When you're working out, nothing else really matters.
How I Stay Motivated:
Perfection may never be attained, but that doesn't make the pursuit any less worthwhile.
BB Accomplishments:
Last summer hit 30 pull-ups, 50 dips, 100 pushups, and a 5 k run with a 45 lb weight vest on.
Forum Signature:
I swear by my life and my love of it that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.
Our only limitations are the ones we accept.
Seeing how much I can increase strength, endurance, and athletic performance while maintaining approximately 190 lbs and single digit bf.

I had just gotten done with an extended cutting cycle.
To be stronger, faster, and more shredded than ever before.
Goal (Long):
I want to reduce my bodyfat to 5%, while increasing muscle density and strength. Ideally I would like to be able to bench press twice my weight. I am at 1.5x right now. I also want to be able to compete effectively in a triathalon.
Place in the blender and blend until smooth adding skim milk if necessary. Afterwards place in the freezer overnight. Makes 4-8 servings, is absolutely delicious, and a wonderful pre-bed snack.Chocolate PB Ice Cream
Mix 4 cups Fat Free Cottage Cheese
4 TBL unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate whey
4 TBL Natural Peanut Butter
6 packets splenda

Im afraid that it's been far too long since I've posted on here. School, particularly finals this year, brutalized me, and while I didn't slack in my training, my journaling of it has been sorely lacking.
SO. Some updates on what's been going on. I finally hit 190 about 16 days ago,...
Interesting....me too. I feel like my whole world changed once i read that book, and stuff that once seemed so amazing is now wrong...and it gave me direction. cool
