Workout Program:
Monday morning: Chest- modest weight, high reps
evening: Chest-heavy weight, low reps
Triceps

Tuesday morning: Legs-modest weight, high reps
evening: Legs-heavy weight, low reps
*In the morning, I add in one minute of high intensity cardio between each set on this day, up to 20 minutes.

Wednesday morning: Back-modest weight, high reps
Abs
evening: Back-heavy wegiht, low reps
Biceps
*In the morning, I add in one minute of high intensity cardio between each set on this day, up to 20 minutes.

Thursday: Off

Friday: 30 minutes of cardio, abs

Saturday morning: Shoulders-modest weight, high reps
evening: Shoulders-heavy wegiht, low reps

Sunday: Off
