How I Started:
I read a few magazines and books about working out, and was motivated by the text and pictures.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is a way to become fitter, faster, stronger and more aesthetically pleasing.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's satisfying to know that I can actively improve myself by doing something I love. I relish the feeling of muscle soreness the day after a work out. I know that I worked hard, and that in itself makes me want to push even harder next time.
BB Accomplishments:
I've got a good, strong back. I can do 6 full pull-ups with 40kg. I think that's pretty good.
